- Pay rate: Training - $20.50per hour, 100% Production - $24.65 per hour, with potential of additional pay incentives.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector:
- Select, stage, and load products onto trucks while efficiently transporting materials between the warehouse and loading dock, as well as relocating inventory throughout the warehouse to support daily operations.
- Accurately select and prepare a variety of frozen products to fulfill customer orders in a temperature-controlled freezer environment. Company-provided freezer suits, hats, and gloves ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
- Operate a reach truck and pallet jack to efficiently select, pull, sort, transport, and stack products throughout the warehouse and loading dock.
- Hand-stack products as needed to safely correct unbalanced pallets or relocate items stored in incorrect locations.
- Shrink-wrap, label, prepare outbound orders for shipment, and remove shrink wrap from inbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds or more.
- At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
- Freezer selection experience is required.
