Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Department is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer with strong analytical and organizational skills to support program execution, with an emphasis on Control Account Management (CAM). This role partners closely with engineering leads, program management, finance, and operations to ensure cost, schedule, and technical activities are aligned and executed effectively.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the Control Account Manager for assigned work packages, ensuring alignment with EVMS, program planning, and execution standards.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and performance metrics for designated control accounts.
- Perform variance analysis, EAC updates, baseline change requests, and monthly EV reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning and tracking of technical scope.
- Support risk and opportunity identification, mitigation tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with engineering staff to document scope, track progress, and maintain configuration of program artifacts.
- Contribute to process improvements within Engineering Services and program execution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years' prior relevant experience in Project Management, Business, Operations, Engineering Management, or related field
- Experience supporting engineering or technical programs in areas such as project management, scheduling, finance, systems engineering support, operations, or technical coordination.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior experience in CAM, project controls, or EVMS environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, SAP, APEX, or equivalent systems.
- Experience supporting engineering teams through requirements tracking, documentation, or configuration management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance cost, schedule, and scope in a dynamic environment.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost/schedule

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
