• Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
• Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool.
• Attends cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process.
• Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers.
• Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
• Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory and non-negotiable).
• Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity.
• Experience working in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
