The Raytheon team is looking to hire a Supplier Performance Analyst who will oversee several of our Third Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services. You will use your project and data management skills to analyze post purchase order documentation, provide summaries and prepare briefings/reports to relevant stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Overseeing Third Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services execution and driving process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles
- Lead highly complex TPSM relationship issues in regards to Tier 1-4 issues
- Oversee TPSM compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with the TPSM service providers
- Collaborate between the TPSM Service providers and Raytheon Procurement, factory and program offices to ensure purchase orders meet contractual obligations.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Relevant experience is work in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing and/or data management
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working within a Third Party Supplier Management environment.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Data Analytics experience
- WMS Experience
- Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry Experience.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Demonstrated organizational skills in high paced complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
