Build the master data backbone that powers a large‑scale digital supply chain. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in MDM, you'll design, build, and operate systems that ensure trusted, consistent, and high‑quality master data across enterprise platforms-working hands‑on with modern architectures that directly impact business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable services supporting Enterprise Master Data Management domains such as product, vendor, customer, and item data.
- Build and integrate Enterprise MDM solutions with downstream systems including ERP, supply chain, analytics, PIM, PXM and digital platforms.
- Own production systems end‑to‑end, ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality.
- Collaborate with data governance, architecture, and business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions, such as: data models, portal, workflows, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, data modeling, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Support data migration, profiling standardizing and cut-over strategies.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation for data‑driven platforms.
- Contribute to data quality, validation, enrichment, and integration patterns that scale enterprise‑wide.
- Apply AI for stewardship, productivity and automation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise‑scale systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Enterprise MDM platforms or data‑centric systems such as: Syndigo, Salsify, Stibo Systems, Informatica MDM (product, vendor, customer, item domains).
- Demonstrated experience implementing Enterprise MDM solutions to enable business transformation, including process modernization and data standardization initiatives.
- Experience with implementing and supporting PIM, PXM, DAM applications.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, APIs, and enterprise application architectures.
- Solid understanding of data quality, governance concepts, and system integration patterns.
- Comfortable working in Agile, fast‑moving engineering teams.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
