Raytheon is seeking a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management to join our centralized Inventory Compliance team, responsible for managing and safeguarding inventory across Raytheon's U.S. operations. This position ensures the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records through analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple functions.
The selected candidate will work closely with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, and other stakeholders to uphold operational excellence and compliance with company and government standards.
What You Will Do
- Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within SAP.
- Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability.
- Support audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, and customer reviews) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, analyze, and report system health and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure objectives and commitments are met.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to promote process discipline, standardization, and compliance.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall inventory performance.
- This is an onsite role at our Merrimack, NH Facility.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Active and transferable Secret Clearance U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access after start.

Security Clearance: This position requires a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
