What will you be doing?
The Services Partner Specialist is responsible for creating partner purchase orders and processing partner invoices. Additionally, the Partner Specialist ensures flow-down requirements are met and works closely with partner compliance and participates in Services Partner onboarding processing
Responsabilities:
- Supports partner programs in PS, works closely with PS partners
- Processes domestic and International PS purchase orders, partner invoicing in Empower and DataServ and contingent worker program, researching payments, running exception reports and general communication
- International partners may require working with multiple currency
- Hosts reoccurring meetings with partners to discuss partner statements and invoicing details
- Enters domestic work orders in Oracle and maintains end dates for 500+ resources
- Communicates regularly with the internal departments (PMO, Compliance, Resource and Engineering Management) staff to confirm partner status
- Works with cross-functional teams
- Participates in and operates in alignment with rest of the partner team.
- Follows established processes.
- Helps improve and establish new processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Information Technology, or a Related Field.
- Note: A combination of education, training, and professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- This is an Individual Contributor role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle; strong general PC skills are required.
- Communication: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Operational Style: Ability to follow detailed directions and work effectively in a structured environment where tasks are reviewed for accuracy.

- None: This position does not require travel.
