This position is responsible to Implement and maintain defined IT solutions within SAP S4/HANA Order to Cash (SD/OM) domain and ensure continuous improvement of solutions and their application.
The role involves collaborating with global and regional stakeholder teams to ensure seamless implementation, testing, and support of OTC/SD processes for the Americas region.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC processes aligned with business requirements
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to align process standards with regional requirements
- Support and maintain integration between SAP SD/OTC and 3PL logistics providers
- Lead and coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders — identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution
- Serve as IT contact for OTC/SD business stakeholders across all project phases
- Support Cutover and post Go-Live stabilization activities
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management or a related field and 4+ years of related experience; OR a master's degree in information technology, business administration/management with 2+ years of related experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SD / OTC implementation and support experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments
- Experience with partner determination and cross-functional integration — SD with MM, FI/CO, and PP
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Transportation Management (TM) knowledge and SD-TM integration experience
- SAP ABAP knowledge — ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot ABAP code
- Experience with chemical or process industry OTC processes
- Experience with Latin America EDI platforms or Mexico-specific logistics interface integrations
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in SAP SD configuration management
- Proven experience supporting full project lifecycle — design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
- Experience coordinating and executing structured testing activities (integration testing, UAT, regression) with business stakeholders
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for OTC process navigation and execution in S/4HANA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently under tight project timelines in a global matrix environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC process — order management, pricing procedures, condition records and condition technique, copy controls, output determination, delivery processing, billing, and revenue management
- Experience with 3PL integration and logistics provider connectivity within SAP SD/OTC landscape
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies — IDocs, RFC, BAPI, API, SFTP
- Experience with EDI processes and message types relevant to OTC (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC)
Work Arrangement
- This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office required
- Occasional travel to regional production sites may be required
