The Replenishment Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of Purchasing team and replenishment of goods to service our network of customers. This role is to oversee that we have good purchasing practices to guarantee product on the floor for time of shipment.
This position is based in Rocky Mount, NC, which will require the candidate to report and work from the office on a regular basis. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute commute to Rocky Mount, NC.

What you'll do as a Replenishment Manager:
- As best practice consistently review and implement inbound supplier consolidations to maximize cash flow by increasing inventory turns and developing consistent carrier moves.
- Develop relationship and negotiate with existing suppliers to improve profitability within the company.
- Utilize TMS to monitor and report to Sr. Management P and L improvements for inbound logistic spend.
- Develop, monitor, review, track and report monthly to senior management on established KPI's.
- Has the autonomy to make decisions on redistribution processes, procedures and financial impacts.
- Management of Replenishment Buyer group.
- Work with Pricing group to provide direction and execution for maximization of price change P and L.
- Develop SOPs for purchasing team and create manual.
- Monitor and analyze key turn vendors to increase cash flow Train and develop new replenishment buyers.
- Work directly with National Accounts(concepts) to resolve replenishment issues with suppliers.
- Complete special projects as tasked by KINEXO leadership.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Replenishment Manager:
- Working knowledge of principle food service disciplines including purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing and transportation.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment internally and with warehouses, suppliers and distributors.
- Personable with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, team player.
- Proven ability to achieve results through persistent negotiations, appropriate allocation of resources, strong communication skills and good judgment.
- Ability to establish and maintain a range of contacts within and outside the company in a highly professional manner; must be tactful and articulate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
- A Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's degree, BA) preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related area.
- Limited travel will be required.
- Experience in the food service industry preferred.
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
