Description
Meta is seeking a Program Manager to drive product quality programs that support international product growth across Meta's global portfolio. In this role, you will lead cross-functional quality initiatives that ensure Meta's products meet the reliability, performance, and user experience standards required to scale across diverse international markets. You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and regional teams to identify quality gaps, define measurable success criteria, and deliver programs that accelerate Meta's international growth with confidence and consistency.Program Manager, Product Quality Programs Responsibilities:
- Define and manage end-to-end product quality programs that support international product growth, including scoping, milestone planning, risk identification, and delivery tracking
- Partner with product, engineering, and regional operations teams to identify quality gaps and develop structured remediation plans aligned to international market requirements
- Establish quality metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor product health across international markets, surfacing insights that inform prioritization decisions
- Analyze product quality data and user feedback signals from international markets to identify systemic issues and drive root cause resolution across cross-functional teams
- Develop and adapt program management frameworks to address the unique complexity of scaling product quality across multiple regions, languages, and regulatory environments
- Engage product and engineering leaders to build alignment and secure resources for quality improvement initiatives with measurable international growth impact
- Communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of technical depth, adapting approach based on audience needs
- Leverage AI-integrated workflows to accelerate program analysis, documentation, and reporting, and share learnings to scale adoption across the team
- Contribute to team-level goal setting by identifying short, mid, and long-term quality program priorities that keep cross-functional partners focused on delivering results
- Implement risk mitigation measures in response to business changes that affect product quality or international launch readiness
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related field with a focus on product quality or international product growth
- Experience defining and tracking quality metrics and using data analysis to drive cross-functional decision making and program prioritization
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across product, engineering, and operations teams in a technology company
- Experience adapting program management frameworks to address ambiguous or rapidly evolving business challenges across international or multi-market contexts
- Experience communicating program progress, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal formats
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting product quality or launch readiness programs for products scaled across multiple international markets or regions
- Familiarity with product quality methodologies such as defect triage, regression tracking, or user experience quality benchmarking in a consumer technology context
- Track record of influencing product and engineering roadmaps through structured quality program findings and stakeholder engagement
- Experience using data tools or AI-assisted workflows to synthesize large datasets into actionable program insights

$132,000/year to $189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
