As a member of the Special Technology Programs (STP) Program Integration Team, you will support Military Development Programs (MDP) and the GATORWORKS organization. This role involves using historical and forecast data to perform trend and variance analyses, identify issues, and recommend actions to management.
What You Will Do:
- Supporting OMM sales and manpower forecasts by running reports and providing updates to Program Managers and Senior Leadership.
- Supporting the STP program life cycle (Proposals, Initiation, Execution, Closeout).
- Supporting program planning, Earned Value analysis, schedule execution (experience with Primavera, MS Project, SAP), variance analysis, manpower planning, and budget maintenance.
- Serving as a liaison between the Program Office and Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and other support organizations.
- Leading or participating in special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Financial analysis experience required. Must have strong systems skills, understanding of accounting and financial planning, and the ability to analyze complex data. Experience with SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Project is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Graduate degree preferred.
- The ideal candidate is team-oriented, able to guide peers and leadership, exercises sound judgment, prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CORE Associate/Apprentice preferred.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
