This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the NSPA Patriot Ground program. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis supporting monthly program management reviews, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, financial planning and analysis activities, and cash collection processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting complex international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. This position provides exposure to unique programs and offers valuable experience across program startup, execution, and closeout activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field & a minimum of 5 years experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience in finance, accounting, program controls, FP&A, or a related discipline
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) reporting, Analysis for Office (AO), Microsoft Office applications, and/or similar financial systems and tools
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
