Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Project Lead within the Patriot GEM-T Missile Integrated Product Team (IPT). Your primary responsibilities will include leading development and implementation of program management plans, processes, metrics, and tools for the GEM-T Missile product line as well as coordinating across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will maintain the IPT cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business and management tools including EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc. You will work closely with the GEM-T Missile Sub-IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership and Program Management team. As a member of the GEM-T Product Line team, you will also support New and Sustaining Business activities to include proposals, ARs, and strategic planning, with a focus on Product Line optimization, affordability, and continuous production.
What You Will Do
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives supporting production, capacity, and process improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues
- Support and drive CORE initiatives, partnering with functional teams to advance continuous improvement efforts. Own product line alignment to RTX Systems requirements, including RLPM inputs, reviews, and deliverables
- Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items.
- Provide regular, structured updates to leadership on project status, risks, and priorities
- Prepare and deliver executive-level summaries, status updates, and briefing materials
- Lead recurring and ad hoc meetings to drive actions, decisions, and accountability
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with Microsoft tools
Qualifications We Prefer
- Program Management Level 6 Certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 6 months
- Display strong communication, influence management, collaboration, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers.
- Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
- CORE Professional or ability to gain CORE Professional certification

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
