This position will be based in the greater CT area and is a 100% remote based job working from your home office and visiting suppliers in the Northeast region of the US and primarily in CT. Therefore, the candidate must be self-directed and manage their own schedule to meet the business requirements. This position requires a minimum of 30% travel.
What You Will Do:
- The Military Engines Sustainment Quality team is looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance/Analyst who is energetic and motivated to join the Supplier Quality Team to manage the supply base in conducting system, process and product audits, initiate and manage Quality Data, support suppliers and be instrumental in driving RCCA in the supply base.
- Lead and conduct quality system, process, and product audits; update digital audit system and issue corrective actions as required.
- Actively work within the SAP system to process/close out quality notifications (QN), research component/module history and identify service master activity.
- Manage supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape management and processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material.
- Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
- Generate and modify applicable quality-controlled documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- AS9100/9110 audit experience.
- Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, quality manuals, and other detailed instructions.
- CORE Champion or working towards CORE proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to include MS Word, Access, Power Point and Excel.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
