Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in OpenText AppWorks Development and knowledge in Business & Systems Analysis and Data Engineering to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing scalable data solutions, developing workflow-driven applications using OpenText AppWorks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on development experience, data integration expertise, and the ability to work closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across global environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
System Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate UAT activities and manage requirement traceability.

Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and performance tuning activities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets to support business decision-making.

OpenText AppWorks Development

• Design, develop, and configure enterprise workflow applications using OpenText AppWorks.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
• Perform application performance optimization and environment migration activities.

Project & Delivery Management

• Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
• Support production releases and critical incident resolution.
