Are you driven to improve processes, elevate performance, and influence results across large‑scale operations? We are looking for an Industrial and Systems Engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants hands‑on impact through continuous improvement initiatives nationwide.
You must live in a location with convenient access to a major airport, as this requires approximately 75% travel. You must also be located within a reasonable distance of any McLane location, allowing you to work from a Distribution Center during weeks when travel is not required. Preferred locations include Atlanta, GA; Fredericksburg, VA; and Salt Lake City, UT.

What You'll Do
- Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
- Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards
- Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions
- Present improvement recommendations to leadership
- Travel up to 75% to support field operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
- Other applicable engineering degrees considered
- Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods
- Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred
- Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
