1. Must-Have Qualifications
a. 5+ years of Java programming experience
b. Ability to independently write system specifications, designs, and program
development
c. Experience in writing technical/system documentation
d. Familiarity with front-end/back-end collaboration and system integration
processes

2. Backend Technical Skills - Java Web Framework (Experience with one or more of the
following is preferred):
a. Struts 1 (preferred)
b. Struts 2
c. Spring Boot 3 (preferred)
d. Spring Boot 2
e. Spring Data JPA / JPA

3. Frontend Technical Skills
a. JavaScript (required)
b. jQuery (required)
c. Experience with any of the following frameworks is preferred:
o Vue
o Angular 6 or later

4. Database Related
a. Experience using any SQL-type database (e.g., MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server /
PostgreSQL)
b. Experience with SQL in performance tuning, index design, and query
optimization is preferred.

5. Nice to Have
a. Experience in financial industry system development
b. Experience in implementing or using micro frontend architecture
