Position Purpose

To teach group fitness classes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous experience teaching the fitness discipline for that class
• Knowledge of the fitness discipline taught in the class and must exhibit the skills needed to lead a successful class

Key Accountabilities

• Take attendance and turn in to the office at the end of the term
• Lead fitness components of the class
• Answer questions from class participants
• Communicate class needs to Fitness Director
• Attend instructor meetings when scheduled
