What You Will Do:
- Daily job oversight for Landscaping by coordinating landscaping duties. Ensuring landscaping requirements are met.
- Daily job oversight for Cafeteria services to ensure timeliness and quality of services
- Daily job oversight for Janitorial by ensuring proper cleaning of the plant and surrounding areas.
- Contractor Coordinator duties include creating JSA's, performing required audits, and reviewing JSA's with new employees
- Audits of Soft Services to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Create daily GEMBA walk process for Soft Services
- Manage PO's & invoices
- Manage RFQ's and down-select of future soft services contracts for site (CFB, CFD & CEC)
- Knowledgeable of SLA agreement responsibilities & Facilities Site Standards
- SAP TEM proficient supporting 100% F&S organizational compliance to EHS training
- EHS desk / SMART Site Admin
- CAR management
- Coordinate F&S subcommittee structure support
- Contractor Coordinator (level 3) support
- Participate in DIVEs
- Utilize CORE processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ Years of Facilities maintenance work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software and record-keeping.
- Experience in facility management or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- US citizenship required due to government contracts.
