What You Will Do
- This role is a remote 2nd shift position. The hours are Mon-Fri 12-8PM EST. The candidate will be expected to be onsite for onboarding training and occasional special events in East Hartford, CT.
- Analyze unit level spare part fill rates to determine sourcing, shipping, and/or redistribution of F135 propulsion spares
- Directly engage with customers to support material requests for Priority 1 -2 part requisitions to support fleet global availability goals
- FLS will be assigned as Face-to-Base (F2B) or Face-to-Depot (F2D) for multiple F-35/F135 sites
- Support and action the movement of spares for site activations when assigned
- FLS will be responsible for actioning Source of Repair (SOR) requests from unit level and deployed location
Qualifications You Must Have
- BS/BA degree
- 5 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience or An advanced degree with 3 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active Security Clearance
- A minimum of 3+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Analytical skills are a must for an FLS; individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems
- At least 1 years of extensive experience in SAP spares-related transactions

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
