What You Will Do:
This position will provide business and financial support to the Materials and Process Engineering department. This role requires a detail-driven analyst that will support our team through accurate reporting, smooth daily operations, and reliable support.
What You Will Learn:
- How to develop, maintain and distribute business and financial reports using SAP, Business Warehouse, and Qlik
- Partner with Purchasing to pay suppliers and answer general procurement questions
- How to analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process or cost improvements
- Support month-end, and year end reporting and planning cycles
- Partner with management team to provide and understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights and information
- Assist EHS professional and supervisors with new EHS training system for recording EHS OJT records and determining training requirements
- Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day staff questions and operational needs
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A Bachelor's degree with 2yrs of experience or an advanced degree with no years of experience.
- SAP experience is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- 4-year degree in a STEM field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analytics)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong communication and customer service mindset

- Onsite - responsibilities for this job require candidates to work onsite within the manufacturing campus

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
