The opportunity

Director will lead our India delivery organization, the team responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing technology talent for our clients. Build the team. Own the results. Help us make a new world happen from one of our fastest-growing hubs in India.

What you'll do

• Own full P&L responsibility for the India delivery center, including budget planning, cost management, and headcount strategy.
• Build and scale a multi-layered recruiting organization: associate directors, delivery managers, team leads, recruiters, and sourcers.
• Align staffing capacity with client demand, in partnership with global leadership.
• Own client relationships, including business reviews and delivery escalations.
• Improve the recruiting lifecycle end to end, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and mentor delivery managers and team leads as the organization grows.
• Lead site-wide functions: recruitment operations, quality assurance, learning and development, and HR partnership for delivery staff.
• Build clear performance rhythms and reporting across the organization.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to hire and retain top recruiting talent.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in IT staffing, RPO, or technical recruiting delivery, including five-plus years in a senior leadership role owning a P&L.
• A track record of building and scaling large recruiting organizations in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing client relationships at the executive level, including business reviews and escalations.
• A strong grasp of recruiting funnel metrics and the levers that improve throughput and quality.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, and recruiting operations tools.
• A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
