Your role
As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
Provide technical capability, support and maintenance for our Digital Workplace Products Services across the LG group including the delivery and documentation of the following:
• Escalated on call 24x7x365 support
• Operational, initiative and project-based activities
• Performance management
• Patch, vulnerability and anti-virus management
• Licence & Vendor management
• Audit & Compliance
• Resource management, covering both permanent & contract resource (onshore).
• Engage across multiple functions, both business and technical, to ensure solutions consistently match needs and expectations
• Time management skills enabling us to be involved in multiple projects and workload, ensuring deliverables are timely and of high quality
• Take ownership of high priority active issues and work with all parties to resolve to take ownership of Digital Workplace and Security Technologies
• Monitoring team adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Managing support in alignment with the defined contractual agreement.
• Customer communication and coordination
• Reporting and documentation
