Description
This Client Partner will own and grow Meta's relationships with a strategically important and diverse portfolio including two of the largest enterprise logistics companies, a leading technology platform, and one of the world's most prominent spiritual organizations. The role requires a leader who can navigate high-sensitivity client environments with exceptional judgment and technical expertise while simultaneously pioneering Meta's enterprise Business Messaging go-to-market with some of our largest paid messaging clients.This role sits within the GBG North America Technology, AI, App & Betting vertical, reporting directly to the Group Lead. The team partners with Meta's technology and enterprise clients to drive advertising revenue growth and accelerate adoption of new revenue streams including Paid Messaging and Business AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Enterprise Sales Specialists, Marketing Science, Business Engineering, and Product teams.Client Partner, Tech Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class marketing activations across the full funnel - events, campaigns, programs, training, and content - working closely with business teams and leveraging AI-integrated workflows to move at speed and quality.
- Develop and drive multi-regional integrated marketing programs with a vertical focus, contributing to global and EMEA strategic priorities by focusing on the biggest opportunities that drive the greatest value for businesses and Meta.
- Own and project-manage initiatives with a founder mindset across a loosely defined area of work, proactively generating incremental revenue and meaningful impact.
- Redesign workflows from the ground up to fully leverage AI capabilities - orchestrating multiple AI tools in parallel rather than layering AI onto existing processes.
- Apply data-driven marketing strategies to hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale initiatives.
- Break down complex problems into AI-solvable components, iterating with AI to generate and refine solutions and using analytics tools to guide decision-making.
- Engage leaders to gain buy-in and support for new directions, and demonstrate measurable AI-driven impact by communicating how AI contributed to results (e.g., time savings, improved quality).
- Share learnings to help scale AI adoption.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure top-notch delivery.
- Advise team and XFN partners on complex matters, networking with key contacts and using data to influence decisions within and beyond own area of expertise.
- Challenge the status quo by seeking innovative ways to elevate marketing impact.
- Actively experiment with emerging AI technologies to unblock work beyond traditional role boundaries (e.g., prototyping, analysis, drafting) - especially when situations are unclear or rapidly evolving.
- Document, report, and communicate tangible impact in review forums with leadership, demonstrating clear ROI through data-backed insights.
- Use AI responsibly and ethically, protecting people, data, and intellectual property through policy-compliant practices and validation of outputs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ Years of professional experience in client management, partnership, or sales position
- Demonstrated success managing highly visible, sensitive, and complex client relationships - ideally in environments requiring cultural awareness and institutional discretion
- Track record of pioneering new sales motions or revenue streams, particularly in enterprise SaaS, messaging, or platform sales
- Experience navigating long sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders across diverse industries
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to client business outcomes
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset - this role requires shaping the playbook, not just running it
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills at C-suite level
- Previous experience in Meta's GBG or deep familiarity with Meta's advertising and messaging products preferred

$177,000/year to $247,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
