What is the Consulting Services Team and why join?

The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in enabling the day-to-day operations of WWT's Management Consulting team. In this role, you'll support a broad range of operational functions, ensuring the team runs efficiently and consistently. The Business Operations Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Supports recruiting operations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and teams
• Manages the setup and administration of performance management cycles, ensuring timely execution
• Facilitates smooth onboarding of new employees
• Supports the planning and execution of events (e.g., training or college recruitment)
• Supports internal communications, including drafting announcements, introductions, and other team-facing content

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in business administration or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to execute defined operational tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Driven to learn and adopt AI tools and workflows
