Description
Natural Retreats is now hiring a full-time Building Services Technician to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! We are looking for a reliable individual to perform custodial cleaning for Villa Coyaba Condominiums in Destin, FL to include cleaning breezeways, windows and unit front doors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning all common areas such as bathrooms, exercise room, and elevators.Compensation: $21/hour

- Clean all common areas within the condominium following a daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list.
- Assist the Building Supervisor with light maintenance and miscellaneous tasks as needed [i.e. replacing lightbulbs and/or air filters].
- Provide backup assistance with cleaning and vacuuming the pool and testing pH balance.
- Support property maintenance by identifying and scheduling needed repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
- Monitor and manage inventory. Coordinate purchasing of materials, supplies and tools ensuring purchases are within budget and charges are assigned appropriately.
- Maintain open communication among the onsite team, homeowners, guests, and the Home Office.
- Serve as backup for the Building Supervisor. In their absence, monitor and respond to facility related concerns in a timely manner to support building operations. Escalate serious concerns to the Building Supervisor or appropriate leadership immediately.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate findings or unresolved issues to the Building Supervisor or appropriate leadership.
- Follow established safety, cleaning and maintenance procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic organizational skills to effectively record work performed
- Proactive and flexible approach to job duties and problem solving
- Ability to build relationships with homeowners, vendors, guests and onsite team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Certified Pool Operator license
