Description
About the RoleInfosys is looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for high‑growth, future‑ready technologies. This is an individual contributor role offering strong visibility, hands‑on ownership, and opportunities for career progression within Infosys' Talent Acquisition team.

What You will do
• Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
• Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision‑making
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
• Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
• Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience with Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience with a master's degree.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
• Must have good understanding of technology hiring across industries. Must have knowledge of evolving technologies- digital, Infrastructure, application development etc
• Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
• Hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for emerging and niche skill sets, including AI, GenAI, data, and advanced digital roles
• Experience recruiting for AI‑driven technologies such as machine learning, data science, cloud‑based AI platforms, automation, and analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and hiring data
• Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
Work location : Somerset, NJ, Richardson TX or Reston VA. This is a in-person role and must be located within commuting distance of work location or willing to relocate; Travel up to 20% may be required.
