A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern
You would have the opportunity to work in one of many exciting areas of the organization. You could work on cash flow modeling with our finance team, rationalize a big data set to find trends with our analytics team, participate in potential investor industry review with our private infrastructure team, or understand the metrics of a deal by underwriting leases and maintaining property models with our strategic partners team.
The Experience
A 10 - week, full-time, paid, internship with a potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role in the future.
You will have the opportunity to network with CBRE IM leaders, as well as those within the larger CBRE organization.
You will learn from the best through a series of executive webinars with top company leaders
You will be included in team meetings, gaining the inside scoop of how our high performing teams achieve results
You will participate in fun social events and be given the opportunity to network with your fellow interns
You will have the opportunity to present a capstone project at the end of the summer to showcase your work and abilities

- Direct Private Real Estate
- Indirect Private Real Estate
What You Need:
Currently an undergraduate or masters' degree student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math, or related with a graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027
Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis
Critical thinking skills
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook
Nice To Have:
Experience with Argus and cash flow modelling
Computer Science, data analytics or similar degree minors/certificates
CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The maximum hourly Salary is $70/HR. The minimum hourly salary is $20/HR. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
