Description
Infosys is seeking a Program Manager experienced in Windchill/PLM implementations, with strong skills in solutioning and data loading/transformation. The role focuses on program management, BOM data loads, and EBOM to MBOM transformation. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Candidate can be located in Richardson, TX or Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 11 years Proven Windchill/PLM program management experience.
Hands-on expertise in BOM data and EBOM to MBOM transformation.
Strong understanding of PLM, configuration management, and manufacturing BOMs.
Experience with Windchill modules and integrations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities would include:
Lead Windchill/PLM program management and solutioning.
Oversee BOM data loads and EBOM to MBOM transformation.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.
Manage project milestones, risks, and team alignment.
Ensure effective communication, reporting, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale data migration in manufacturing.
Semiconductor or similar industry background.
PMP, Agile, or related certifications.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
