We are hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to work onsite in Chula Vista, CA. In this role you will carry out supervisory responsibilities in alignment with the organization's policies and procedures, including managing employees. and training, planning, reporting, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues.
This is a 2ND Shift position. Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
What You Will Do
- Lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support our organization. In this role, the fulfillment center leader will provide direction to skilled employees.
- Set team objectives and guide the team on execution for achieving operation results.
- Prepare the team for AS9100 audits
- Manage technical products, services, logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.
- Manage statements of work to meet customer and contract requirement
- Respond to key customer complaints and conduct customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
- Additional tasks/ duties as assigned
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors and managers
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in warehouse operations
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior leadership experience managing teams
- Experience in Quality Management System and AS9100
- Prior experience with process improvement practices and Site risk analysis
- Prior experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook applications
- Experience with Environmental Health & Safety principles
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing priorities and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
