Responsibilities:
- Perform daily billing reconciliation and post-billing documentation
- Process and manage virtual order requests
- Prepare and submit weekly billing summary reports
- Investigate and resolve BOL shipping errors
- Cancel and correct purchase orders as needed
- Manage file transfers using FTP
- Communicate with warehouse staff regarding shipments and missing documents
- Run, review, and correct reports using Excel
- Complete daily tasks in supplier portals (receiving/shipping virtual orders)
- Manage purchase order cancellations, and corrections
- Handle corrective RMAs and purchase order corrections
- Respond to supplier and billing inquiries
- Communicate with off-site team members via Teams and virtual meetings
- Retrieve proof of delivery documents from warehouse files
- Create and present monthly PowerPoint updates for the warehouse
- Copy and scan documents as required
- Attend daily stand-up meetings
- Assist with daily inventory counts
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- Design and print signs and placards when needed
Qualifications:
- High School education.
- 5+ years relevant experience performing billing reconciliation and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Some warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Compensation/ Benefits
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
