What's In It for You

• Pay rate:

• Training: $20.50/hour
• Full Production: $24.65/hour, with performance incentives and an additional $0.50 freezer premium.

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week!

• Start times vary by department: Freezer/Cooler 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Dry 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
• We're a team - some overtime may be required to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Selector / Order Picker / Material Handler, you'll:

• Select and build orders accurately and safely for delivery to customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Work in multiple warehouse environments: Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
• Verify and record product information, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; assist with dock operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• 1 year of warehouse or order selector experience preferred (training provided).
• Able to read, write, and understand English for safety and operational communication.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to safety and accuracy.
