We are looking for our next AIRPORT SUPERVISOR to join the Airport Management team in Melbourne, Australia. You will play a key role by supervising and managing service providers to ensure compliance with established quality standards, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and promoting teamwork to achieve operational and service goals-directly contributing to helping millions of people stay connected with the world.

No two days are the same here-each one brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supervising the services provided by our vendors during check-in, boarding, and flight arrivals.
• Leading operational and informational briefings.
  Coordinating schedules and role assignments with service providers.
• Preparing contingency and emergency response plans.
• Supervising customer service at the counter, boarding gates, arrivals, and baggage services.
• Overseeing tasks related to flight closure procedures.
• Preparing shift reports.
• Handling passenger complaints.
• Leading airport management projects.
• Performing other duties of a similar nature as required by the department.

What do you need to take off in this role?

• You must have a valid work visa.
• A background in Aviation or Customer Service-related fields.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sabre, and Amadeus is highly necessary for this position.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English is required. If you've made it this far, we're flying in the same direction!

• Location: Melbourne, Australia
• Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts
• Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal
• Work mode: On-site
