Description
In the role of STIBO MDM Senior Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
 - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
 - Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
 - At least 4 years of experience in STIBO STEP MDM platform support and configuration.
 - Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality.
 - At least 3 of experience with STEP Workbench, Business Rules, Workflow Management, and Data Modeling.
 - Proficiency in SQL and scripting for data analysis and troubleshooting.
 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Kafka, REST APIs, SOAP, ETL tools)
 - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
 - Familiarity with Agile methodologies
 - Exposure to data quality tools and data stewardship processes
 - Experience in supporting STIBO in a multi-domain MDM environment.
 - Knowledge of product information management (PIM), customer data, or supplier data domains.
 - Exposure to Agile and ITIL frameworks.
 - STIBO certification is a plus.
 
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
