Raytheon is seeking a Sr Analyst that will report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions (APS) Raytheon business unit. The Sr Analyst will manage low volume and medium to high complexity subcontracts (domestic) and represent the Supply Chain organization at various levels on functional and cross functional teams to drive business success. In addition, the Sr Analyst serves as the focal point for communication between internal staff and supplier cross-functional organizations for all procurement activities.
This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).
What You Will Do:
- Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time, and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts.
- Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers.
- Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements.
- Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.
- Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination.
- Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field.
- Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications.
- Experience working within SAP software application.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs).
- Experience with supplier management.
- NCMA Certification
- DOD Clearance
- Experience FAR and DFAR regulations
- Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
- Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
