Senior Principal - Manufacturing (SAP S/4HANA)
Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Principal Business Consultant to solution leveraging our varied horizontal offerings, sell, and deliver value to our various Manufacturing clients.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Consultant to lead the end-to-end business transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA for a B2B distributor. This role demands deep expertise in distribution, warehousing, and sales operations-including pricing strategies-and a strong understanding of how to leverage S/4HANA to drive operational excellence and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S/4HANA transformation program across distribution, warehousing, and sales functions.
• Conduct current state assessments and define future state processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement S/4HANA solutions that optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and pricing models.
• Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and sales.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.

• 12 years of Management Consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in B2B distribution of industrial products.
• Deep domain expertise in distribution logistics, warehouse operations, and sales processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and WM/EWM (Warehouse Management).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adept at running Fit to Standard workshops with Business stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners.
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics.
• Familiarity with industrial product distribution industry trends and challenges.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role $241,000 to $300,000
