Infosys is seeking a DB2 Database Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across database technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY or Burlington VT and be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 8 years in DB2 Database Administrator roles.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• Experience in installation, configuration, patching, upgradation, migration & administration of DB2 LUW 11.1 or higher.
• Hands-on experience in HADR, DPF, Table Partitioning, Data Studio
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages like shell or Perl for standardization and automation.
• Experience in Project life cycle activities on support and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience of managing clustered environments or works closely with system administrators is good to have
• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be
Malta NY- 98,341 to 141,291
Burlington VT - 118,386 to 153,902
