Your role:
You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting life cycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities:

You will be required to apply the skill sets necessary for GHE to GHC migration.

• Deep understanding of GitHub Enterprise Server and GitHub Cloud features
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Connect, and GitHub Advanced Security
• Familiarity with Git LFS (for binary files) and repository migration tools
• GitHub CLI, GitHub Enterprise Importer or custom scripts

Qualification
Basic:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in relevant GitHub Migration experience

Preferred:

• Good experience in configuring & customizing advanced Jenkins pipeline
  • Jenkins plugins, GitHub Plugins, GitHub groovy libraries
  • Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployments
• Creating and managing UCD components and applications
  • Configuring source configuration plugins (e.g., Git plugin for UCD)
  • Managing deployment processes and environments
  • Understanding of UCD agents and agent relays
• Strong Scripting: Python, Bash, Groovy or PowerShell for automation
• Business Proficiency in English language
• Collaborate with others to work on the Application

Work Model:
This role is Hybrid Work model. You will typically work in the office in San Jose, CR one day per week. Should have the flexibility to be onsite, as needed, for meetings, training or when requested.
