Job Title: Front-End Developer (React)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building responsive and accessible user interfaces, state management, and modern front-end development practices. This role requires hands-on experience in developing scalable applications using React, Redux, and related technologies, while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mandatory Technologies

• React (v15 or v18) - 3+ years of experience building scalable UI components.
  
  
• Redux & Redux Thunk - 3+ years implementing state management and asynchronous logic.
  
  
• Git & Gitflow - 3+ years managing version control and branching strategies.
  
  
• GitHub - 3+ years collaborating through pull requests, code reviews, and issue tracking.
  
  
• CMS Integration - 1+ year working with headless CMS platforms.
  
  

Mandatory Experience

• JavaScript & CSS - 3+ years of front-end development experience.
  
  
• English Proficiency - Business-level communication skills.
  
  
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  
  

Desired Technologies

• React with Microservices Architecture - 1+ year experience.
  
  
• Familiarity with Kibana, DataDog, Jira, TFS, and advanced GitHub workflows.
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Participation: Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
  
  
• Front-End Development: Build responsive, accessible UI components using React and Redux; integrate APIs and CMS content.
  
  
• Code Quality & Collaboration: Manage version control with Git/Gitflow, perform code reviews, and maintain clean repositories.
  
  
• Testing & Support: Write unit/integration tests, fix bugs, and support production environments.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on React best practices, contribute to reusable libraries, and enhance team processes.
  
  
• Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to align requirements and deliver high-quality features.
