Bring your talent to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM). We have an opportunity for a 2nd shift Production Specialist in Conformal Coat. Team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Heavy emphasis on planning and organizing the flow of production.
You will be responsible for a safe work environment and will actively work on safety improvement projects. Engage in daily interaction with cross-business teams in Raytheon to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. Cross-business teams include manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality, production control, finance, facilities and the Program. Achieve goals for cost, quality, delivery, safety. Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities using CORE and lean methodologies.
In this role, you will support deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress, identify root causes of failure modes, production capacity, quality and develop/implement corrective action plans.

- Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Production environment.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma.
- Basic knowledge/understanding of theory of constraints.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access)
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
