We are seeking a Manager Omnichannel Digital Strategy Medical Affairs (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital omnichannel strategy, empowering the Medical Affairs team to deliver impactful, customer-centric scientific communications and medical education initiatives. ✨ What You'll Do:
As a key contributor to our Medical Affairs team, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Omnichannel Planning: Develop and execute omnichannel strategies to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders.
Digital and AI Integration: Lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital and AI tools/platforms to support Medical Affairs activities and drive organizational transformation.
Content Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create scientific content, ensuring alignment with our Global Medical Omnichannel strategy.
Data & Analytics: Implement feedback loops and AI-assisted analytics to continuously refine content strategies. Utilize AI modeling and real-world data to anticipate HCP knowledge gaps, emerging trends, and engagement opportunities, proactively delivering value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive strong cross-functional collaboration to align digital, omnichannel, and AI activities, ensuring consistent and well-timed engagement across teams.
Compliance Excellence: Ensure adherence to medical governance and regulatory standards in all digital activities.
💼 What We're Looking For:
We're seeking professionals with the following qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Basic Qualifications:
• Hybrid Expertise: A unique combination of a scientific background and digital/data/technology expertise in the pharmaceutical sector (e.g., life sciences with training in Digital Health, Data Analytics, CRM, or Omnichannel Marketing).
• Educational Background:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy).
- Alternatively, a degree in a technical or analytical field relevant to healthcare, such as Health Informatics, Digital Health, Data Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Skills:
- Digital Tools Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare-related digital tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Passion for customer-centric medical communication, with the ability to translate insights into personalized engagement across the HCP journey.
- Organizational & Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔸 Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
🔸 Knowledge of infectious diseases or virology.
🔸 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and the ability to evaluate and improve their application in Medical Affairs.
🔸 Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills, ensuring successful collaboration at local and global levels.
🔸 Analytical expertise to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize omnichannel strategies.
