Description

Gyógyszergyártó technikusként a tisztított toxoid gyártás utolsó lépéseinek elvégzése (tisztítás, szűrés, szétosztás) lesz a feladatod a gyártási folyamatra és a specializált gyártóterületre vonatkozó GMP követelmények maximális betartásával.

Főbb feladatok:

• A feldolgozási műveletek végrehajtása az érvényes gyártási előiratok betartásával (Detoxifikálási feladatok: tartálymosás, sterilezés, toxin/toxoid fogadás/átadás; Tisztítási feladatok: kicsapási lépések, centrifugálás, bulk készítés, 0,2um szűrés)
  
• A gyártás során a dedikált mintavételek elvégzése
  
• Az IPC vizsgálatok, értékmérések - flokkulálás, pH mérés elvégzése
  
• A gyártási és IPC vizsgálatok dokumentálása a GDP szabályainak betartásával
  
• A sarzslapon a munkafolyamatok megfelelő dokumentálása
  
• A termeléshez és a gyártóterület takarításához szükséges eszközök és anyagok mennyiségének és státuszának nyomon követése, igénylés jelzése a SAP technikus felé.
  
• A gyártóterület tisztántartása és takarítása
  
• Steril és tiszta eszközök státuszának nyomonkövetése
  
• A validációs munkákban való közreműködés
  

Munkarend: Napi 8 órás, hétfőtől péntekig tartó munkavégzés, rugalmas munkarendben

Elvárások:

• Szakirányú középfokú végzettség
  
• Felhasználói szintű MS Office ismeretek
