Finance Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant, experience or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus. The candidate will bridge functional knowledge in finance to ensure proper configuration, data flow, and compliance across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document how SuccessFactors business processes impact financial modules in SAP FI.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT Teams to understand cross-functional requirements.
• Review current system architecture and propose enhancements to support seamless data flow.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) related to integration scenarios.
• Provide input on compliance and audit implications of financial-HR integrations.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity between systems.
• Assist and identify gaps and requirements related to financial processes.
• Document findings, processes, and recommendations clearly.
• Align finance data handling with SuccessFactors compliance and business needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and processes.
• Exposure or experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll, or others) will be a plus.
• Understanding of HR-Finance integrations points, including payroll accounting, cost allocation, organizational management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a complex IT landscape.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Intermediate level of English is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• SuccessFactors Certification or knowledge will be a plus.
