Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What You Will Do
- Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
- Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible.
- Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs.
- Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
- Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of CMM Programming experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
