About The Role:
As a CBRE Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the CBRE brand, product, and client messaging consistency. You'll support a team of Retail Sales professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced dynamic environment in Graphic Design Production Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Apply templates to produce aerials, tour books, maps, site plans, and client packages.
- Organize and edit client-specific aerials in response to their needs.
- Review aerial and map material specifications.
- Act as a point of contact for centralized retail mapping for your team's sales professionals.
- Ensure the timely completion and submission of aerials, maps, and various client-specific property data in templated CBRE and client property information packages.
- Track, collate, and maintain inventory of client maps, aerials, and site plans.
- Follow specific standardized procedures to set results and timelines.
What You'll Need:

- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Earth and Microsoft Office products. Examples include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong background in Adobe Creative Suite. Examples include InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- GIS (Geographic Information System) / Mapping background preferred.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach.
- General math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
