The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The ES Finance Performance Reporting and Optimization (PROsolutions) team is looking for a highly motivated Financial Report Developer to join our PROvision Reporting team. Strong candidates will have solid financial system and data analytics background and be able to work with data across multiple systems, using MS Excel VBA, Analysis for Office (AO), Power Query and other tools to generate program documents. A team member may spend 90% of their workday developing/writing reports or processing enhancements to existing reports which are directly consumed by our defense business community.

What You Will Do:

Report Generation and Automation: Develop enterprise, business, and project level reporting. The Data and processing requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced Excel skillsets including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA
• SAP APEX/PRISM, and Business Warehouse knowledge
• Efficiently extracting and processing large quantities of system data
• Collaborating and partnering with IT and RTN Businesses
• Participating in cross-business and functional projects

Consumer Focused Service:

• Meeting customer service level agreements to service ticket closure
• Troubleshooting and providing error correction guidance
• Prompt communication within PROsolutions and across business program team(s)

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business or similar discipline from an accredited college or university and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of VBA, Power Query / Pivot, or Power BI
• Working knowledge of Earned Value (EV)
• Understanding of data analytics and application to Enterprise, Business and Project level data
• Self-starter with good organizational skills and ability to lead projects and work in a team environment with an attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining or exceeding the Service Level Agreement

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Advanced knowledge of Business Warehouse, Query Designer
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and general knowledge of Raytheon Policy 46RP and EVMS Process
• EVMS Tool Proficiency: one or more of the following: SAP, SAP EV, PMX, MPM, Business Warehouse

Work Location:

Remote. This will be a primarily remote position but will need to be within driving distance of an RTX facility should a Return to Work policy be implemented

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
