Description
Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Analyst.As an Automation Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
-  Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 
 -  Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time 
 -  Excellent coordination and communication skills 
 -  Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Addison, TX/ Pennington, NJ or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
-  Design, develop and execute Automation test scripts, Automation framework based on business and technical requirements. 
 -  2+ years of experience in Automation testing projects. Good Technical experience in Java, Selenium/BDD. 
 -  Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements. 
 -  Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes. 
 -  Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model. 
 -  Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, or ALM. 
 -  Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives). 
 -  Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
 
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
For candidates based out of Pennington, NJ estimated annual compensation will be
$ 62,314 to $81,008
